If I could give over 5 stars I would. I’ve had many doctors and Dr Moy-Chang still stands out to me as the rare doctor who goes above and beyond. Dr Moy-Chang has always taken the time to explain what is happening to my eyes as they go through changes with age. I am also impressed with how she takes into account my lifestyle and needs in order to prescribe the best eye care for my situation.  Her office assistants are also very kind and gentle and answer efficiently by text. We’re lucky to have I care eye care in our area.

Dr. Moy-Chang is kind and caring, she takes the time to listen to my concerns. My visits have been thorough and never felt rushed. She is detail oriented and professional which makes each appointment a positive experience.  She truly cares about her patients.

Dr Chang is excellent. She gave me one of the most thorough eye exams I have ever had. She answered every single one of my questions. She was wonderful at explaining how my changing eye vision would work best with the prescription she was giving me.  Shout out to Grace, who is her scheduler and works the front desk, she was also excellent.

Dr. Rena was so kind and easy to talk to. She made sure to thoroughly understand what was going on and even gave some personal advice which was really sweet of her. Overall, she is a great doctor and definitely would recommend her.
